Legendary French winemakers Michel Chapoutier established this Australian outpost vineyard in 2007.The cool weather patterns allowed the team to produce distinctive wines made in the style of their French homeland. The wine is a vibrant yellow colour in the glass. The nose is full of exotic fruits and toasty notes. The palate delivers a clean, crisp finish with a fine balance between fruit and minerality.
