- A combnantion of warmer growing seasons, relatively low land costs and diligent wine making has seen a resurgence in interest in Beaujolais. Based in the commune of Villie-Morgon, Arnaud Aucoeur is an 11th generation wine maker. 100% Gamay grapes are vinified in wooden vats. This is a serious wine with a strength in depth of flavour. Summer fruits and peppery undertones give this wine grip not normally found in Beaujolais. We love it!! 12.5% abv
